Get the horizon line further off center which also cuts out more of the ugly foreground. General rule of thumb is you want your horizon line to appear no closer to center than 1/3 of the way from top OR bottom. Move the Z out of horizontal center (bullseye effect = bad and boring) and put more of pic in front of Z where the car is "looking." 
Cropped picture is much more dynamic. The problem with the cropped picture is I should have cropped out a little more sky to maintain the "Golden Proportion" of the pic size, but the sky was too pretty so I couldn't do it. Therefore the overall shape of the pic is a little too square.
